Do you have a catalog?
No, in order to keep prices low and our selection high with ever changing merchandise, we have decided to not print a catalog. We will then pass the savings on to you, our customers.

Tell me more about shopping online and how to place an order?
We have strived to make shopping at Weddings By Dezign an easy, no fuss and secure process. Enjoy the convenience of shopping from your own home through the thousands of popular wedding accessories we have carefully selected for your "Special Day". To place an order online, just click on the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you've chosen which will automatically place that item in your shopping cart. You may click the "View Shopping Cart" button at any time to view the items in your shopping cart. You can click on "remove" to take items out of your shopping cart or click in the quantity box and change how many of a particular item you are wanting to order and click on the "Update Quantity" button to see the updated Quantity and your new Subtotal. When you are finished shopping, click on the "Check Out" button to move to the customer information section. After completing the customer information section your order will be processed and you will receive an email order confirmation indicating that your transmission was successful. We advise you to print out your email confirmation which has detailed information about your order for future reference. Your order will be shipped and delivered within the time period specified for each item.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. When shopping on Yahoo you have a guarantee that your transactions are secure. Orders placed with Weddings By Dezign are encrypted and transmitted through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL), the most advanced security technology available on the internet today. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, we promise to protect you from unauthorized charges to your credit card as a result of shopping with us.

Do you accept personal checks?
No, we do not accept personal checks, however, we do accept debit cards. Just choose "Debit Card" as your choice of payment option, input your debit card number and expiration date and the amount of the order will taken directly out of your checking account.

Can I place orders over the telephone and ask questions about the products?
Absolutely, simply call our Customer Service toll-free number at 1-800-968-4632 weekdays between 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. CST. We have customer service representatives waiting to take your order or assist you with any questions you may have.

When will my order be delivered to me?
The product availability and approximate ship time is indicated on each item. In the event that an item you ordered cannot be shipped within the specified time indicated you will receive an email or phone call from us notifying you. Be sure to allow adequate time for the actual delivery of your order based on the shipping option you selected when the order was placed.

UPS overnight delivery is available for orders requiring immediate shipment. Contact our customer service representatives at 1-800-968-4632 weekdays between 9am - 4pm CST for product availability and shipping surcharges.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address that is given to us is an address that the customer will be able to receive the merchandise at. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure receipt of the package that is left at the door.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a shipping address that is accurate and that UPS/USPS can deliver to. The UPS/USPS driver at his discretion may choose to leave the package at the door, if the package is left at the door, it will be customer's responsibility. Additional fees will be charged for incorrect addresses listed on the order, or for any change of address once the order has shipped.

Weddings By Dezign assumes no liability for packages left at the door. It is highly recommended that someone is available at the shipping address to sign for the package.

Because of the variety of items we carry your order will be shipped directly from the distribution center that stocks the particular item you ordered, therefore you can expect your order to arrive in multiple shipments.

Will I be charged sales tax on my purchases?
Orders shipped to customers within the state of Wisconsin will be charged sales tax in the amount of 5.6% which will be added to your order during checkout. There is no state sales tax required on shipments made to locations outside of Wisconsin.

How do you handle shipments outside the Continental U.S.?
Shipping is only available within the United States and its territories as well as Canada. Payment is accepted in US dollars only.

What if the merchandise I receive is not what I expected?
Any item you purchase that does not meet your expectations can be returned to us unopened within 30 days of receipt to receive a refund or exchange. If you receive an item that is incorrect we will pick up the incorrect item and ship out the correct item at no charge to you. Engraved, embroidered or otherwise "personalized" items, as well as disposable cameras, bubbles, and edible items cannot be returned unless damaged during shipment or received defective (exchange for exact items only).

Any item that is received damaged in shipment or manufacturer defective must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and will be exchanged for you without charge. (Exchange for exact item only)

To return an item use RPN and your order # on every box being returned, because without it we cannot accept your return. (Example: Order 8760 would be RPN8760)

The items must be shipped back in their original boxes including packing material, ship the package to the address below as an insured parcel. Sorry, return postage and shipping costs are not refundable.
